Job description

Project Controls Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our project teams. The duties include coordinating administrative duties of various size contracts with specific attention to contract requirements, subconsultant coordination and invoice package support. This position performs basic-level accounting activities and interfaces with PMs on a regular basis. Ability to execute the Project Controls Assistant responsibilities is assumed.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports basic project management duties such as scheduling meetings, meeting minutes, developing agendas, Power Point presentations, etc.
  • Develop understanding of, and maintain, budget and cost reporting tools
  • Develop understanding of contract requirements, scope, and delivery methods
  • Develop understanding of project schedule requirements
  • Assist PM with the coordination of project deliverables
  • Assist PM with tracking scope and costs
  • Assist with invoice preparation and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist entering subconsultant invoices in Vision
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
