Our large e-commerce client is looking for a REMOTE Project Lead w/ compliance and regulatory (paralegal) backgrounds to join their team! If interested, please apply directly.
Job Description:
WHS Governance will be taking over the reporting for all confirmed cases to local health authorities throughout North America. Due to the volume of cases we need to report within the legally required timelines, we need 7 contract Program Leads w/ compliance and regulatory backgrounds (paralegal) in order to handle the current workflow. This is a critical function in order to meet legal standards and not force our sites to shut down due to non-compliance.
These 7 Project Leads will utilized internal tools to look for confirmed COVID cases and collect all necessary info that is required by the health authority in that community. The individual will need to gather all info and report it electronically or over the phone.
Info will be pulled from an Excel list and organized and communicated in a high quality standard to the health authority. Need to be confident and capable to navigate and manipulate date within Excel. Will also be using other tools such as Quip and Salesforce to pull/communicate info. Will be utilizing multiple databases and tabs at once to coordinate information to share.
This individual may be required to engage with the local health rep in the community; which could involve validation or challenges to info being communicated. Ability to engage at a high level, professionally and confidently is necessary.
Will be owning "projects" (geographic area) and using project coordinating skills to successfully meet the demand and timelines required in this role.
REQUIRED SKILLS
-2+ years' work experience in a regulatory compliance environment (paralegal) with a focus on execution and operational excellence.
-One must be comfortable working on repetitive tasks requiring strong judgment
-Paralegal experience, litigation or law
-Bachelor's degree required.
PREFERRED SKILLS
-Experience researching, analyzing and synthesizing federal and state regulations. Data analyst training.
-Prior experience with project management.
-Strong written communication capabilities.
-Healthcare Management
