Agent Responsibilities:

  • Meet with pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents and convert them into new business
  • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
  • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
  • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
  • Negotiate contracts with buyer's agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
  • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction

Qualifications:

  • Full-Time Availability (No Part-Time)
  • High school diploma required
  • Real Estate License or Enrolled in Courses
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
  • Strong communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
