Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client meetings (virtual or in-person)
  • Showing houses to buyers
  • Writing and negotiating offers
  • Emails, texts, and phone calls with clients/leads
  • Attending inspections and open houses
  • Assisting the team in any other tasks required
  • Attend weekly coaching/training sessions
  • Attending The Awesome Nossum Group's client parties, events, classes, etc.

Skills and Requirements

  • Experience as a real estate agent is preferred but not required - you will be required to obtain a Washington State Real Estate Brokers License and keep it in good standing.
  • Excellent calendar and time management skills.
  • Understanding the importance of being very response to emails, calls, texts, etc.
  • Detail orientated, quick learner, self-starter, motivated and posse an overall strong desire to learn the business and excel at it regardless of experience level.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and knowledge about CRMs is a plus.
  • Eager to work with a team in a collaborative environment to support the business.

Commission Structure

  • An agent with The Awesome Nossum Group could easily expect to make anywhere from $70,000- $150,000+ per year. You would be expected to close between 10 to 20 transactions a year. Our average price point is usually between $450,000-$850,000.
  • Commissions will be split as follows with The Awesome Nossum Group: Transactions will be split 60/40 (60% to The Awesome Nossum Group, and 40% to you, the agent).
  • The Awesome Nossum Group will provide you with all the leads you need, but you are welcome to bring in your own as well. If you bring in a lead then the commission is split 70% to you, the agent, and 30% to The Awesome Nossum Group.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
