As a Listing Agent on our team, you will be assisting with all aspects of the listing process; this may include, but may not be limited to:

• You're out to cause a breakthrough in your business this year!
• Finding sellers who want to sell
• Consult with clients in order to discover their motivation and timeline
• Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyers and/or the buyer's agent
• Provide world-class customer service to sellers
• Being the best representation of who we are and what we stand for
• Currently, hold WA State Real Estate License
• New agents are welcome to apply - we can train you but you'll need your real estate license
• Must have a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Willing to be available to clients whenever they may need you
• Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
• Contribute and thrive in a team environment
• You're a fast learner with an ability to think quickly and on multiple levels
• Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly outlook and focus on customer service
• You can be great on the phone and/or have the willingness to learn to be great on the phone
