Job description

Are you a Recruiter with 1 - 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience, with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional results?

Can you work comfortably with ambiguity, taking a creative approach to solving problems?

As a Recruiter for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

* Partnering with hiring managers to provide consultation and recruiting strategies to ensure a timely and effective hiring process that exceeds client expectations and elevates the candidate experience
* Using a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to obtain a pool of well-qualified candidates
* Scheduling/conducting interviews and phone screens with candidates
* Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company
* Building strong, impactful relationships and helping elevate AG Consulting Partners' employment brand to a highly competitive level
* Identify approaches to enhance candidate experience throughout hiring plans
* Providing proactive reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes

Requirements

You have:

* 1+ years experience recruiting for technical and/or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting
* Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and hiring manager relationships
* Experience sourcing and closing candidates ranging from entry level to senior management positions
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong cross-team collaboration skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Residency in Washington state

You might have:

* Experience with Workable or other applicant tracking systems
* Experience working in a B2B tech environment, preferred
