Amazon's Consumer Talent Acquisition team is looking for an innovative Recruiting Coordinator Manager (RC Manager) to lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators (RCs) supporting multiple lines of business.

The future RC Manager needs to be a passionate customer and candidate advocate with proven analytical capabilities, project management skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for the recruiting experience, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to tackle ambiguity.
In this role, the RC Manager will lead all aspects and phases of successful operations for managing a team of RCs supporting multiple lines of business. This includes forecasting demand and RC capacity, all core scheduling and coordinating activities, and workload balancing. They will develop staff members, so each teammate is fully trained and utilized to the optimum level.
The RC Manager is an integral partner in oversight of day-to-day recruiting coordination. The Manager will work closely with Recruiting Coordinators, Recruiting Managers, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to ensure success and progression within recruiting. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. The successful RC Manager must:
* Build, own and actively manage hiring and developing the best talent for the RC team
* Lead and scale our team of Recruiting Coordinators (RC's), setting the direction & strategy of the RC function in support of the hiring demand of our rapidly growing business
* Manage and solve multiple problems simultaneously
* Monitor and drive capacity planning to ensure you are always staffed appropriately to maintain consistency in productivity or support
* Partner with recruiting teams and to ensure that the RC team is positioned to deliver an effective coordination process for candidates and hiring managers that will enable scaling of our recruiting processes
* Identify opportunities to optimize operational process flows and increase throughput while delivering a consistent and scalable experience to all stakeholders
* Participate in other Recruiting/HR related initiatives to iterate on processes and provide the best in class recruitment support
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
* 2+ years Recruiting/HR and/or Operations experience
* 1+ years people management experience
* Experience building, managing and coaching a team in a high-growth environment
* Experience with driving process optimization within a recruiting or similar environment
* Experience in working with applicant tracking systems
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities by setting expectations
* Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
