Opportunity Interactive has an opening for a Recruiting Coordinator in our Recruit4Business division! We are looking for a high energy, motivated administrative coordinator to support our recruiting team. This is a fast-paced, exciting position, being right in the middle of the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 2 years' experience working in a similar position with strong computer and communication skills. This position allows for advancement into a recruiting role if desired.

Pay Scale: $23.00 - $26.00/hr.

Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance covered 100% for employee, HSA with employer contribution, 401K with Company Match, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Paid Holidays

Work Hours: 7:00AM - 4:00PM Monday - Friday, some OT as required.

Position Summary: As a recruiting coordinator you will work closely with our recruiting team providing administrative support as needed to ensure prompt response to client needs. You will update and maintain internal reports and databases as they pertain to our recruiting service. Most importantly, you'll ensure that every client is responded to swiftly and kept up to date on the status of their job postings. You'll be a direct and impactful presence in how our clients view our company and the value of our services.

Required Qualifications:

* 2+ years experience working in a busy office setting
* Experience in answering multi-line phone system
* Experience working with an applicant tracking system
* Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
* Efficiently manage workload i.e. be self driven
* Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
* Process management or project management experience, preferred
* Familiarity with social media sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn
* HR certification or interest in becoming a certified HR professional, desired.
