West coast based fine jewelry company, Spinelli Kilcollin, seeks experienced full time Retail Sales Associate to join our quickly growing team. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and luxury sales experience are essential for this role. Fashion or fine jewelry sales experience is strongly preferred. The correct fit for this position will work in accordance with regional COVID 19 guidelines.

Your opportunity:

The Seattle based Retail Sales Associate will report to the Retail Sales Team Manager as part of our growing team. As we continue to scale our direct to consumer sales both through in person sales appointments and e-commerce, this role's main objective is to act as a brand ambassador through cultivating new leads, impeccable customer support and product knowledge. For the Retail Sales Associate it will be paramount that they offer all clients the exemplary service that has come to define Spinelli Kilcollin in the fine jewelry industry. This role is accountable for the client support, sale management, and deal processing for purchases within the retail department. In addition, the ideal candidate will collaborate with other company departments to ensure the smooth transition from purchase to shipment for every order generated.

This is a remote position, however, in person client appointments within the region are to be expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing assigned inbound leads through fielding customer questions and processing resulting sales through our purchase processing software.
  • Offer customer support to all assigned inbound leads through email, virtual appointments, in person appointments, web chats, and phone calls.
  • Process orders and log data in appropriate channels (HubSpot, Shopify, Google Sheets)
  • Collaborate with the marketing department and sales manager to ensure customer messaging is effectively shared with clientele and company sales initiatives are executed.
  • Make use of CRM to assure diligent customer outreach and follow up is delivered to each client.
  • Work with the design team to develop custom renders for clients.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team Manager and Inventory Manager to ensure your stock is correct and ready for in person appointments as needed.

Who you are:

  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed for appointments and pop up events.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed to support retail events and demand.
  • Ability to thrive in a goal driven, fast paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, high energy level , and team oriented.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Shopify, Sales Tools, Google Suite, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Three years in luxury sales (jewelry sales experience a plus).
  • Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
  • Prior experience working with an Inventory Management / CRM systems
  • Strong knowledge of luxury sales best practices
  • Collaborative team player
  • Jewelry Industry experience a plus
