Sales Associate (Kitchen Designer)
About the position:
We are looking for an energetic, customer-centric and creative individual to join our sales team at Pius Kitchen & Bath full-time.
Sales Associates will enjoy the opportunity to work with clients from all walks of life on their respective kitchen and bathroom remodels. This is a great opportunity for any individual looking to build their sales and clientele skills in a rapidly growing company, as well as enjoy a creative outlet as sales will assist clients with interior design finishes and options.

***A 4-8 week paid training will be conducted at our Seattle HQ***

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and following up with bids/estimates to meet sales objectives
- Managing multiple projects through their entire life cycle (i.e. estimate request, design, delivery/install and follow-up)
- Building clientele & personal sales portfolio
- Designing kitchen floor plans using 20-20 software
- Answering and making phone calls as well as using e-mail as a communication tool with existing and/or potential customers
- Invoicing using QuickBooks software
Skills and Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is ideal, but not required
- Ability to stay calm and composed in adverse situations
- Proven record of taking initiative and going beyond one's job description
- Great problem solving skills and solution-orientated attitude
- Ability to independently manage your time, competing priorities, and customer expectations
- Attention to detail is second nature to you
- 20-20 or design software experience is a plus, but not required
- Good math skills
Compensation is competitive since we are looking for hard-working individuals who are interested to build a long-term career and grow within our family business.

Hours can be flexible, but candidates must be able to work Saturdays.
Languages skills (especially Spanish, Russian, and/or Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese) are a plus, but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
