Job description

Account Executive, Senior, IT, West Coast, Portland or Seattle preferred.

• 5-7 years' experience in IT Staffing, Solutions or Services sales
• Seeking an Account Executive with IT staffing experience.
• Relationship driven sales role
• Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
• You will be responsible to identify, map, develop, and foster relationships with existing Enterprise clients.
• Ability to delivery full cycle sales model.
• Ability to partner with end client and address their business needs.
• Ability to grow organically within a large client and develop business based off client needs.
• Ability to work with current consultant and manager populations to drive leads, referrals, job orders, and potential SOW opportunities.
• Responsible for activity metrics based on calls, emails and client meetings.
• Must understand relationship between VMS and MSP and client and suppliers.
• Must understand IT and have some background with computer science.
• Initiative, intuitive and independent are top three qualities for someone in this role.
• Collaborate with internal client teams to identify and sell services and solutions outside staff augmentation roles.

• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Develops and implements strategic business plans
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
