SENIOR CLIENT STRATEGIST
Alpha Careers LLC is partnering with the Wealth Management division of a $1.7T global private bank to identify successful Senior Client Strategists (SCS) to serve as business development specialists serving ultra-high net worth private clients in various cities around the country. The firm's wealth management unit includes private banking, wealth & estate planning, family office services, philanthropy, access to lending and financing capabilities, fiduciary services, and comprehensive investment management.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Client Strategist (SCS) is responsible for the overall growth and development of client relationships in his/her local market. The ideal SCS is an established, relationship-focused entrepreneur responsible for sourcing and developing new high net worth clients with at least $5M+ in investable assets, including individuals, families, businesses, trusts and foundations. S/he will leverage his/her existing network of professional Centers of Influence efforts (i.e. CPAs, Attorneys, insurance professionals, business managers, etc.) to drive new business development.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Prospecting, generating and closing new business with ultra-high net worth individuals, families, endowments and foundations
- Developing a full balance sheet perspective of prospective clients, tailored to meet their unique needs and objectives to grow and preserve wealth
- Actively cultivating and maintaining relationships with external sources of new business, including: CPAs, attorneys, investment bankers and other centers of influence
- Participating in community organizations and non-profits events to expand networking opportunities and increase the firm's visibility
- Achieving assigned revenue goals by generating leads and managing the sales process through closure by having high levels of client activity, providing insightful solutions, and collaborating with internal partners
- Upon completion of onboarding a new client, the SCS will be responsible for transitioning of day-to-day management of the client to a designated relationship manager, while continuing ongoing engagement with the client
- Seeking opportunities to mentor and add value to other team members and their professional growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
- 10+ years of sales and relationship management experience within the wealth management industry
- Established network of ultra-high net worth individuals in their locale, as well as with the professional organizations and center of influence that serve them
- High energy, sales-minded, business development professional with a track record of achieving production goals
- Strong understanding of capital markets and asset classes including: stocks, bonds, cash, trusts and alternative investments (ie: hedge funds and private equity)
- Effective and credible communication skills. Skillful in distilling complex information into a clear and concise message
