Who are we looking for?
DefinedCrowd is embarking on leading the next stage of its growth with strategic accounts in the Fortune 500, and we are looking for the best-in-class Senior Engagement Manager. This next stage of growth would entail the Senior Engagement Manager role in becoming a trusted advisor to our customers, bringing thought leadership, whilst drive growth & innovation using ML/AI technologies. The Senior Engagement Manager role will also have the technical chops to dig into the technical details with the customers as needed.
Requirements
* 8-10 years' experience as a Technical Consultant, System Analyst, or Engagement Manager in software development or technical consulting companies
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Passion for customer facing partnerships, ability to act as an advocate for our strategic accounts.
* Develop knowledge and understanding of DefinedCrowds product and customer needs to provide the best solutions to our customers
* Proven ability to effectively partner with internal Sales, Product, and Engineering, teams throughout all aspects of project delivery lifecycle. Be the advocate for customer at DefinedCrowd and drive people and processes internally to come up with viable solutions for customers
* Experience navigating complex global business organizations across multiple geographies, including Tokyo, Seattle, and Lisbon
Desired Skills:
* Prior experience working in commercial products & services in Data Analytics/ML/AI or a background in linguistics or conversational AI
* Experience working with customers at the CXO level at Fortune 1000
