The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A will be a key member of the Consolidation and Reporting function, supporting the close and forecast processes and will take a lead role around one of our most critical areas, Global Human Resource Planning.

This role will report directly to the Director, Corporate FP&A and will have a high level of visibility throughout the finance and leadership teams.

At Compass You Will

  • Support the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast process, including analysis of consolidated projections and preparing management-level presentations
  • Own and actively manage the global headcount/personnel planning through strong partnership with our FP&A colleagues, Recruiting, HR Information Systems, and Compensation & Benefits teams to accurately report on headcount and expenses, support benefits deal negotiation and compensation and equity benchmarking
  • Develop the headcount/personnel forecast & tracking process, including setting timelines, deliverables, and models to assist in the projection of hiring
  • Own the CFO weekly personnel updates and month end reporting, highlighting any potential risks & opportunities through detailed analysis and reporting
  • Develop and maintain a central resource for both headcount/personnel KPIs, as well as company wide KPIs for consolidated reporting
  • Be a key contributor to company decision making around resource allocation, helping optimize company efficiency
  • Develop reporting tools and model enhancements within Adaptive Insights and provide financial partnership to your executive business partners
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance and/or Investment Banking
  • You are experienced with business partnership roles, collaborating with various senior level business owners
  • Must possess excellent analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations for senior management and other stakeholders
  • Adaptive, Tableau, Workday and NetSuite experience highly preferred
  • Experience in high growth companies experience highly preferred
  • Positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach. Ability and desire to be hands on in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Humble team player who understands the importance of the role as a key support partner to the operating team
  • Proactive individual seeking additional responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
