Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition team seeks out people in the world that add to lululemon in values and culture. As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster to the growth of our organization.
a day in the life: what you'll do
- Participate in the development and execution of effective candidate sourcing strategies that enable lululemon's teams to hire top, diverse talent globally.
- Design and execute creative (uniquely lululemon), multi-channel opportunities for sourcing passive and active candidates
- Successfully utilizes sourcing tools and methodologies to identify, engage and assess diverse talent
- Helps develop talent market mapping for prioritized roles, categories, geographic markets and companies
- Proficient at utilizing metrics to track and report on effectiveness of sourcing tools and strategies, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Partners closely with Talent Managers, other TA sourcing experts and hiring managers to deliver diverse candidate slates for open roles, and pipeline diverse talent for future hiring opportunities
- Delivers TA sourcing training and real-time coaching to Talent Managers
- Ensures a positive experience in all interactions with potential candidates
- Acts as a trusted advisor to the business by sharing insights about specific talent pools/markets
- Fully leans into lululemon's Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action commitments in their daily work
- Lives into and exemplifies the online + offline employer brand story
- Leverages global technology tools related to sourcing, applicant tracking, candidate relationship management and other recruitment tools
- Foster a culture of inclusive talent selection by diversifying and developing referral opportunities
- User of global technology tools related to applicant tracking, candidate database and recruitment tools
- Minimum 4 years in the work of recruitment with a strong focus on candidate generation and sourcing
- Experience recruiting in a global market with experience across North America, APAC, and EMEA preferred
- Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including: direct sourcing, social recruiting and traditional methods
- Experience in developing processes and workflows
- Experience developing partnerships & collaboration with teammates and hiring managers to identify/attract diverse talent in modern apparel
- Experience building strategic market intelligence and talent mapping within Apparel & the Retail Industry proactively
- Collaboration and influencing skills required
- Experience working with technology tools related to applicant tracking system, candidate database and reporting
