THE ROLE:
We have an opening for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner supporting our Technology and Marketing employees located across the country with offices in San Mateo, CA and Tempe, AZ As a Sr. HRBP with Freedom, you will be an integral part of the leadership team accountable for driving holistic talent solutions, designing team effectiveness models and developing employee engagement initiatives as a key contributor to the digital transformation and scaling of the organization.

A proven Human Resources Leader who is happy to roll up your sleeves and participate in both day-to-day Human Resources partnering and be instrumental in designing new tools and frameworks. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders, providing thought leadership on scaling and engaging teams to support the rapid growth of the organization and to build a remote first work environment for high employee engagement.
Create and launch a comprehensive people plan that maps to our business transformation underway and imbeds the FFN values in all that we do. Co-create development and succession plans for critical roles. Design requisite organizational structures as we grow to 3x.
Conduct needs assessment and design functional career frameworks, success profiles and suggested development vehicles that engage, retain and grow employees.
Identify roadblocks to organizational effectiveness and get to the root cause of issues, design and implement solutions that improve efficiencies. Act as change agent and coach.
Provide data analysis of HR metrics, identify trends and provide recommendations to improve organizational health, retention and engagement.
Provide expertise in talent management, compensation, leadership coaching, data analysis, organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee relations, and process improvement.
Launch organization-wide HR initiatives in partnership with Compensation, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Employee Communications. Inclusive of Onboarding, Employee Survey, Bonus and Merit Cycles.
Co-facilitate/design leadership development initiatives and leadership team off-sites as requested by clients

Partner with HR Representative to ensure focus on performance management and engagement.
Act as an influential role model of the company's values of Care, Acting with Integrity, Getting Better and Collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
7-10 years of progressively complex human resources experience, with depth of experience supporting Technology organizations, preferably Engineering and Digital Marketing. Experience in hyper growth and rapid change environments a plus.
Have passion and excitement for the HR space with success operating at a strategic level delivering tangible client impact in compensation, talent management, organization effectiveness, leadership coaching.
Ability to build deep relationships with demonstrated success influencing at senior level as a trusted business advisor cross-functionally and comfortable challenging the status quo.
Demonstrated Business and Organizational Acumen in achieving results. Ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a passion for analyzing data to provide holistic and lasting solutions.

Cultivate innovation with a propensity to think outside the box and take appropriate risks.
Skilled communicator and facilitator, can concisely articulate ideas, both written and verbal, with an ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels and across functions to drive organizational change.

Big picture thinker and small detail doer, you can readily roll up your sleeves while maintaining a systems view lens.

Exceptional ability to collaborate, contribute and thrive within a fast-paced team environment.

B.A highly preferred; SHRM and/or HRCI certification or Masters a plus.
