Job Title - Sr. Recruiting Specialist (Talent Acquisition Specialist IV)

Client's Talent Acquisition organization has an opportunity for a contingent Senior Recruiter to act as consultative talent partner to assigned business unit(s) to facilitate the achievement of the business goals as it relates to "go-to-market" and acquisition strategies.
The key focus of this position will be to provide overall recruitment supporting R&D at client's Research Center requisition management and client management.
The Sr. Specialist TA is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing a variety of recruiting resources and strategies to provide needed talent for the organization.
You will partner with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers (including senior leaders and Vice Presidents), external outsourcing partners and agencies to develop TA strategies aligned with position, skill, and long-term requirements of the business, resulting in the achievement of key objectives (e.g. time to fill metrics, quality of hire, manager satisfaction).
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Recruitment focus is on the R&D business (or as assigned). Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
- Additional job duties include pre-screening candidates, partnering with team members to develop sourcing strategies and providing talent for open positions.
- Core responsibility is to manage open job requisitions, update and manage Success Factors ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments. Will also compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders.
- Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and client policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics. Will facilitate candidate review meetings and capture feedback to ensure overall compliance.
- Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.
Desired Skills and Experience Education:
- A Bachelor's degree required; relevant HR experience may be substituted for degree, when appropriate.
- Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience and at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast pace environment. Preferably in a corporate setting.
- Must have a strong attention to detail Must project a good business presence and have the ability to instill confidence in clients and to deliver results. Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Ability to build a network across industries to identify future talent Data management and metrics (e.g., trend analysis) experience
- Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge manager assumptions and directly confront issues Demonstrated ability to function in an environment of multiple changing priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Superb communication skills.
- Experience forecasting headcount needs/workforce planning
- Experience in advanced internet recruitment/sourcing Functional assessment experience/knowledge required Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and federal/state legislation.
- Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience required. Must have scientific recruiting experience, supporting pre-clinical R&D roles.
- Experience in managing requisitions within Success Factors ATS (or similar)
