Connex Global Communication is a well respected authorized dealer for Cricket Wireless Mobile. We are currently looking for a dedicated Store Manager to join our extraordinary team and assist us in opening a new location in Seattle, WA.

The store will open at the beginning of May, and we will begin training immediately in another location. We are currently seeking for a full-time Store Manager position to be filled.

Qualifications:

  • Connex Global Communications is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and customer focused individuals with at least two year retail experience in sales or customer service.
  • Candidates who have a college degree and bilingual Spanish skills are an asset.
  • Also preferred status is granted to candidates with prior wireless experience.

Basic Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED or college diploma is required.
  • At least two years retail experience in sales or customer service in a wireless mobile company such as AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon.
  • Strong written, verbal persuasion (soft sales), and interpersonal skills.
  • At least two years experience handling cash transactions.
  • Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred).
  • Proficient use of point of sales software.
  • Bilingual speaking skills in Spanish.
  • Be local from Seattle or have been leaving in the city for the last 10 years.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the opening of the store for Connex Global Communications - Cricket wireless authorized dealer at Seattle, WA.
  • Support and develop the marketing and operation strategies to open the store.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals by using cross-selling techniques for Smartphone's, accessories, service plans, and mobility wireless features.
  • Develop and maintain a client list by providing outstanding customer service, in both sales and other services transactions.
  • Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames.
  • Weekend availability required.

  • Starting pay is hourly plus commission based on experience.
