Vinoble Group is seeking a Tax and Accounting Specialist to add to its growing Tax and Accounting Team. Acting as one of our clients' trusted business and personal advisors, you will strive to ensure the high-level execution of our unique approach to comprehensive tax planning and accounting.

In this role, we'll count on you to:
- Provide bookkeeping and payroll consultation and services; file excise tax returns.
- Prepare complete and accurate tax returns, in accordance with Vinoble Group policies and in compliance with current legislation and regulations; provide clients with IRS audit support.
- Meet with Vinoble Group clients to provide guidance and technical support.
- Maintain detailed client records by organizing, logging, and filing vital client information.
- Grow and maintain knowledge in concepts, procedures, and tools directly related to tax preparation and accounting; look for and take advantage of personal and professional development opportunities; ask for and offer help when needed.
- Coordinate outreach and service to clients utilizing multiple resources within Vinoble Group -Tax and Accounting, Comprehensive Wealth Management, Group Benefits and Insurance, and Group Retirement Plans; act as liaison and effectively manage inter-team internal and client-facing communication across our breadth of services; identify opportunities for expanded scope of relationship.
Qualifications / Skill Requirements
- Associate degree in Accounting or three (3) years' experience in bookkeeping.
- Valid PTIN or completed coursework to obtain a PTIN upon hire; Enrolled Agent (EA) certification a plus.
- Ability to work with an ecosystem of accounting software; Experience with QuickBooks Online, Dext, Square, Shopify, Salesforce, Practice Ignition, Gusto, ADP, and Lacerte preferred.
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certified.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, largely paperless environment and simultaneously handle multiple priorities.
