Note:

  • 3 to 5 years experience working in a technical type environment. Experience leading reviews such as engineering reviews and legal reviews. Service now would be ideal for this worker to have.
  • Looking for someone to be the interface with Business unit and Tech team. The business units will request that they want a new tool, feature, news letter or something through system. This person will help them to do this work; getting all the approvals, scheduling additional work with engineering, and obtain legal approval.
  • This is more on the stakeholder side/client
  • For example, if a customer comes and says we need to use your system to create a new email newsletter for our customer base, this person would direct them to launch pad to file the request and then monitor the request coming in and making sure it routes for approvals. They will manage the intake, internal approval process and the delivery. Must have the PM fundamentals


Job Description

The CIS Onboarding Program Manager is responsible for executing new business unit onboarding's to Consumer Identity Services (OneID, Enterprise Permission Center, UNID) and Unified Platform products as well as provide on-going support for current integrations. This position will manage scope, schedules, external dependencies and communication with the business as well as effectively managing any needed compliance reviews.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple onboarding's of varying size and complexity from execution to launch onto Consumer Identity Services (OneID, UNID, EPC and eCDP) at any one time.
  • Partner with Customer Solution Engineers and Platform architects to ensure each integration adheres to CIS best practices
  • Manage and communicate each onboarding's scope, timelines, dependencies and risks with the Business Unit contacts and Program Lead.
  • Engage with CIS Product Owners when feature gaps are identified to determine feasibility, timeline and priority of product enhancements as well as potential alternative options.
  • Work collaboratively with CIS partner stakeholders (CIM, Legal, Privacy, and Security) as needed.
  • Identify potential onboarding process improvements and work with Program Lead to implement.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to onboarding team best practices
  • Communicate status, updates, project summaries via presentations, email and direct communication with key stakeholders, the business and executive leadership
