Job description

Experience Sourcing for SDE, SDET, Developer, Front End, Back End, Web Developer

Complete remote. Can work from anywhere in USA.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Corporate and/or agency recruiting experience including sourcing

• Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools

• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research

• Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches and client relationships

• Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management

• MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Significant experience of full lifecycle professional or senior hiring recruiting

• Bachelor degree

• Strong commitment to continuous improvement

• Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates

• Experience recruiting in a highly competitive environment
