Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Test and Evaluation team is looking for a Test Lab Manager that are interested in testing and verifying our products to ensure the ultimate safety of our stakeholders in Seattle, WA. This job requires a determined commitment to both iterative and step-function change that will drive increased quality, efficiency, and schedule performance. The ideal candidate is able to focus on and understand the key problems and lead the team to innovate and solve the root causes.

We are hiring for Lab Test Capability ESSI (Enterprise Simulation and Systems Integration).

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Structural or Systems or Aero Test and Evaluation Engineering
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree or greater in an engineering related field
• Experience working with technical, managerial and executive levels and leading presentations to them
• 3+ years leading or managing a team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years Test and Evaluation Experience
• Excellent communication skills
