Your role with us:

As a Receptionist for Pearson Packaging Systems, you will operate a multiline phone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate members of the organization, check-in facility guests and vendors, and perform clerical support on a variety of projects. This position will also have accounts payable responsibilities including the entry of accounts payable invoices.

What you will need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent


  • 6+ months experience in an office environment


  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a multiline phone system


  • Superior written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient to advanced computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel.


  • Account Payable or other Accounting experience is a plus
