International Aerospace Coatings (IAC) is the world's leading aviation specialist painting company. We work with Domestic and International Original Aircraft Equipment Manufacturing Companies, Airlines operators, private operators and aviation leasing companies across the globe to provide tailor made aircraft painting, graphic solutions that ensure regulatory compliance globally. We currently run 16 sites, 6 of which have wide body aircraft capacity and each year we paint over 1000 aircraft across our facilities. SUMMARY:

IAC's recruiter is responsible for acquiring new talent for our rapidly growing facilities. He/she will need to keep pace with high volume needs. The recruiter must have extensive experience working with non-exempt, high-volume positions and a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens.

Develop creative strategies to identify and source hard-to-find candidates by designing and executing a proactive hiring plan to attract the highest-quality candidates in the shortest amount of time. Source candidates by placing job advertisements online, contacting fellow recruiters, and using local job boards.



Job Requirements:
  • Track candidates through the recruiting process.
  • Implement recruiting and sourcing strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates.
  • Recommend new sources for recruiting candidates.
  • Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods.
  • Perform candidate searches for qualified candidates
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
  • Fill high volume of given vacancies while satisfying main KPI's, time to fill, cost of hire and quality of hire.
  • Meet established weekly targets.
  • Attend job fairs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective negotiating skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs.
  • Familiarity with online job boards / websites.
  • Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%).
  • Recruitment experience in the manufacturing or aerospace industries.
  • Applicant tracking software (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.com, Zip Recruiter)
  • Microsoft Office
