Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Spokane, WA is looking to hire a Contract Win 10 Deployment Business Analyst for a 12-month project. This is an onsite 40 hour per week position and may require travel to outlying smaller clinics as needed. It will be required to have a reliable car (and mileage will be reimbursed) as well as the company is requiring fully COVID vaccinated individuals for this role. The W2 hourly pay rate is $55 to $60/hour depending on experience. Because this is an on-site role, proof of COVID vaccine is required. Responsibilities:
* Business Analyst will be the -high touch- customer centric liaison between the tech team and customers in the hospitals/clinics/medical offices.
* Go through each deployment facility to run through the process with the tech team; Including: Figuring out -you're doing this, probably should be doing that-, or -if you experience this problem, here's a typical solution we've seen-
* Will be documenting deficiencies, issues and looking for and documenting process improvements
* As a Business Analyst, you will be supporting the needs of the clinicians/hospital staff with their new Windows 10 devices; Including some training and troubleshooting
* Travel may be up to an hour (as example, in Western Washington, this role needs to cover Everett to Olympia), mileage will be included, and the consultant must use their own vehicle
* Work hours start when consultant arrives at the facility, no travel time included.; A majority of the role will be remote work so travel to facilities won't be daily
* Support communication between the PM, tech teams and onsite hospital staff for the Win 7 to 10 device upgrades; This includes training, and tools to facilitate the successful completion of the program, bringing a great customer centric attitude at all times

REQUIREMENTS:
* BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration or Clinical Field, -or- equivalent education/experience
* 3+ years of experience in a customer liaison, desktop support, service desk or some type of technical support experience
* 2+ years of experience in a business focused capacity; some type of BA role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills including both business/clinical users and IT Technical users
* Strong troubleshooting, process improvement, and high level of customer centric service ability
* Desired: previous experience in this type of BA role working on a Windows 7 to 10 upgrade
