Our client is a boutique public accounting firm located in beautiful Vancouver, WA that is looking to hire a Tax Processor Intern. They have successfully created a balanced, family-like atmosphere and are looking for the right person to come join their growing team. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify tax issues and provide planning and expertise to clients.
  • Work with other staff members to resolve complex tax issues.
  • Manage competing projects and priorities.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and staff on tax engagement.
  • Assist management with analyzing transactions.
  • Prepare and/or review tax returns and tax consulting projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel and Access.
  • 3.20 GPA or better.
  • Strong research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail and quality.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work on multiple projects and manage to tight deadline.
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed.
  • High attention to detail.

Compensation: $18-$20/hr DOE

Availability: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
