Property Manager (Wapato & Mabton) - Posting #22639

Position Summary:

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is accepting applications for a Property Manager to oversee properties in Wapato and Mabton, WA. The Wapato Gardens is located on 509 Donald Rd, Wapato WA 98951 and the Mabton Gardens is located on 510 C St, Mabton, WA 98395. The property Manager will split their time between both locations.

The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned property is in compliance with operational and regulatory standards. This includes coordinating and managing fiscal operations, soliciting, and recording tenant information, ensuring completion of site-level property management activities with site-level staff, and completion of work-related directives given by supervisor. This position supervises the Maintenance Manager for assigned property.

Education and/or Requirements:

* Must have Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience or related field.
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be vaccinated for the COVID-19 vaccine or have a Medical or Religious exemption.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred not required.
