Job description

Applicants for all positions will be required to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 during the hiring process. Valid medical or religious exemptions will be considered, but serial Covid-19 testing will be required to maintain employment.

Administers, oversees, and directs programs. Works under administrative direction of a Program Director and advises Program Director on the program components specific to the service area while supervising professional program staff.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Health Care Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Current Washington State or Oregon State driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Knowledge of Washington/Oregon States Health Plans; knowledge of YVFWC and the services offered; knowledge of Community and Migrant Health Centers and Primary Health Care services; knowledge of medical office operations preferred; ability to speak English/Spanish preferred (position not eligible for bilingual differential); skills with computers and Microsoft programs required.
