What is a typical day as a Customer Service Parts Repair Coordinator? You'll be:

• Daily entry/updating of invoicing and ship components as needed.
• Reporting of financials and component status as necessary to support the organization.
• General customer service and parts support answering questions as needed.
• Conducting daily inventory, processing, and/or return of specific items at the facility.
• Provide additional support to internal and external customers as well as departments.

A Customer Service Parts Repair Coordinator job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• High School diploma or equivalent 2 years minimum experience in warehousing or similar position.
• Knowledge of automotive-related (i.e. engine) parts
• Ability to communicate both written and verbally to customers
• Ability to work with customers located both domestic and international.
• Highly professional with the ability to work in a team environment
• Self-motivated
• Organized individual that excels in computer skills and communication
