We are the largest manufacturer of twin pops in the country with production facilities in Wheeling, WV; Chino, CA; and Denver, CO.

POSITION
As a Talent Acquisition - Operations Recruiter, you be an integral part of the People and Culture Team and will provide a positive, efficient, and high-touch experience for candidates and tribe members at all stages in the recruitment and hiring process (position development to new hire start and beyond). This position supports recruitment for all facilities where we conduct business to include Wheeling, WV, Denver, CO and Chino, CA. It is a high-volume recruiting role that primarily recruits and hires for hourly positions. This is a vital role for us! You will be an integral part of assuring only the highest quality candidates are hired into our company and that we provide an amazing candidate and new hire experience. This will ensure we crush our turnover and growth goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Owning the entire operations recruiting process from staffing and needs assessment through offer and new hire start. Ensuring a best-in-class experience for every candidate involved.
Serving as the subject matter expert on all recruitment activities such as talent identification, reviewing resumes, creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing and talent selection.
Ensuring effective optimization of talent technologies such as applicant Tracking System and other talent/reporting systems.
Conducting weekly staffing meetings to assess operations recruitment needs in all three facilities where we conduct business.
Fostering relationships with hiring managers to understand and help define hiring needs and to create accurate job descriptions that reflect needs of the team and Ziegenfelder.
Administering a wide degree of creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify, select and pipeline top talent.
Creating and maintaining relationships with staffing agencies.
Expertly screening, assessing and recommending talent.
Providing guidance to hiring managers from initial position development to interviewing and through the offer stage.
Negotiating offers with final candidates by evaluating various employment factors such as job experience, education/training, skills, knowledge, abilities, and other pertinent data.
Consistently enhancing the employer brand of Ziegenfelder by leveraging social media channels, attending events, building relationships with local colleges, creating unique programs, and ensuring an amazing candidate experience.
Conducting 1 week-feedback/follow up with new hires.
Providing an efficient and high-quality, best-in-class candidate and employee experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Supporting other People and Culture activities on an as needed basis.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a leader who can work in a dynamic, fast-paced growing company and is able to work both autonomously, as well as collaboratively. Specific requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related discipline. Will substitute experience in lieu of education.
At least, 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of corporate recruiting / staffing agency experience.
At least 1 year of experience with recruiting technology such as an Applicant Tracking system.
A clear understanding of the recruiting process, pre-hire employment process, and the importance of the candidate experience and willingness to enhance processes to provide amazing experiences.
Strong background in creative sourcing and effective recruiting methods for a wide range of positions with various business areas and locations.
A passion for delivering positive results consistently.
A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of federal/state laws regarding employment and the ability to counsel hiring managers on the hiring process and laws associated with hiring
Agility to work in an ever changing and developing environment.
Ability to travel up to 15%.
Preferred location for this role is Wheeling, WV.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Standing or sitting up to 8 hours per day.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Subject to cold temperatures of less than 32F for more than one hour with proper protection equipment.
May be subject to noise above 85 decibels with proper protection equipment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
