The Financial Analyst will also assist in the preparation and analysis of management reporting including budget, financial statement projections, as well as ad hoc support in planning and executing strategic initiatives of the business. Duites and ResponsibilitiesPrepare quantitative and qualitative analyses based on review of monthly financial results against budget, forecast, and prior year.Educate and consult with operational leadership regarding financial performance and metrics, translating results into meaningful, actionable information.Provide Global Operations with modeling to support staffing optimization, high-cost/low-cost geographical strategy decisions, organizational capacity, inventory analysis, and moreContribute to the Board reporting and analysis package.Assist with development of the annual operating and strategic plans.Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial and operational reports.Assist with the coordination and analysis of the global and regional forecasts on a periodic basis.Complete all standard and ad hoc financial analyses.Provide strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively present thoughts to peers and all levels of management.Be comfortable in executing multiple projects simultaneously and working cross-functionally.Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and work well through ambiguity and complexity.Be able to work effectively in a team and independently.Be detail-oriented with good organizational skills.Be familiar with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Support the accounting group with month-end and year-end closing process, as needed.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is required with CPA designation a plus.Experience:Two or more years of experience in a similar Financial Analyst role or public accounting.Experience with HFM / Essbase or similar financial consolidation, reporting and analysis tool preferredExperience with NetSuite general ledger is a plus.Experience with Tableau / Power BI desiredFunctional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Strong Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel and modelingCritical thinking capabilities; detail-oriented.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.About CieloCielo is the world's leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner.
