Koch Business Solutions is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our ServiceNow team. We are looking for an energetic analyst who enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment. As a business analyst, you will play a key role in working with our global team and stakeholders to build solutions to a wide range of business requests. You'll have the opportunity to grow your network by working with multiple Koch companies and grow your strategic and technical skills.

This role is eligible to be located by Wichita, KS: Auburn Hills, MI; Lisle, IL; Green Bay, WI; Atlanta, GA; Reno, NV
What You Will Do In Your Role

• Ensuring the work aligns to the company vision
• Eliciting, analyzing and validating business requirements through various techniques (data analysis, process analysis, prototyping, use cases, business rules definition, etc.)
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and automation of business processes
• Working with the business to develop a point of view on the value of a project and success criteria
• Completing marginal and other economic analyses to determine recommended path forward
• Build testing scenarios and perform testing with subject matter expert
• Assist with standing up new modules/features within ServiceNow
• Assist in on-boarding mergers/acquisitions into our ServiceNow environment

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

• Experience building strong business relationships cross functionally
• Experience influencing and challenging peers and stakeholders in order to drive to a common goal/solution
• Experience working with and communicating complex problems and solutions
• Experience managing, prioritizing and maintaining concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectations
• Experience with business process analysis or design
• Experience working with IT systems
• Experience soliciting and capturing requirements

What Will Put You Ahead

• Service Now Certified System Administrator
• Experience working in Agile based methodology (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Knowledge of the Automated Testing Framework
• Experience implementing mid to large scale projects
• Experience implementing cloud-based systems
• Experience in cost/economic evaluations
