Salaried: $55,000 - $65,000 DOE
TAK Communications, Inc., a leading multi-state cable television installation firm, is seeking an on-site Recruiter to be based out of our Green Bay/De Pere office.
It is TAK Communications' goal to double or triple in size within the next five years. As a result, we are seeking a Recruiter who has the knowledge, drive, determination, and experience to help us get there. Come join our team in an exciting, fast-paced, and people-oriented environment.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating and organizing the recruitment strategies and activities for multiple locations within Colorado and New Mexico. Manages the recruitment process in its entirety, from job requisition to onboarding. Collaborates with local leadership teams to establish goals, objectives, and hiring priorities. Cultivates and maintains relationships to develop an effective pipeline of candidates. Evaluates employment applications, screens, and interviews candidates. Assures compliance with regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Recruits individuals across the TAK footprint to achieve strategic sourcing needs as defined by forecasts and projects.
* Leverages various channels such as personal networks, social media, blogs/forums, Google/Boolean searches and select sourcing tools to attract passive candidates.
* This role will include strategic sourcing, reach outs and cold calls, pre-screening, and field recruiting.
* Partners with hiring managers on all job openings. Utilizes Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for hiring process.
* Ensures TAK hiring process is in place and all hiring practices are in accordance with federal and local laws.
* Accurately maintains recruitment information and activities, including but not limited, to requisition data, pre-screen notes and input of appropriate disqualification codes.
* Partners with Hiring Managers/Talent Acquisition team to determine effective recruiting strategies for developing candidate pipeline to attract candidates by position and location.
* Develops and maintains outreach relationships with businesses, government and community service agencies, as well as technical colleges/high schools. Makes public presentations at job fairs, schools, and organizations regarding TAK and its employment opportunities.
* Reviews applicants for qualifications, conducts pre-screens, presenting top-notch candidates to the Hiring Manager for review, making selected candidate offers, initiating all pre-employment screens as need by position, ensuring all pre-employment screens meet Company standards.
* Ability to travel to locations within Colorado and New Mexico to support Hiring Managers with recruitment processes as needed.
* Must be able to work a variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs of the role and be on-site in our Lakewood office 5 days per week.
Requirements
* 2-3 years related high volume recruitment experience
* Strong interpersonal relationship skills; written and verbal communication skills; organization, planning and an attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of candidates, employees, community/educational partners, and key stakeholders.
* Experience with different sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.)
* Experience working with an ATS System. Paylocity Recruiting, preferred but not required.
