What will you do?

* Schedule and communicate orders dates to meet demand requirements
* Purchase materials to support site and manufacturing requirements
* Support productivity and budget targets through sourcing and lean manufacturing initiatives
* Manage analyze and report on inventory levels for the manufacturing cell
* Managing day-to-day interaction with suppliers for corrective actions, expedite requests, cost savings, and rejected material
* Monitor supply chain key performance indicators, perform root cause analysis, implement action plans, and strives for continuous improvement
* Ensure data integrity of master data elements
* Review and maintain Supply Chain standard work to documentation
* Review, resolve and escalate issues that impact plan completion
* Create Ad hoc reports and analyses as requested or required
* Other duties as assigned

How will you get here?

Education:

* High School Diploma/GED is required/ Bachelor Degree in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain preferred

Experience:

* 3 to 5+ years of planning, buying, or materials management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
* 3+ years of experience with MRP/ERP systems, SAP preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

* APICS or related professional certification preferred
* Previous experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment preferred
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform data analysis
* Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office suite
* Solid project management skills
* Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills
