Job Description
Summary:
Accuray's Human Resources Coordinator is the go-to person when people need a problem solver. You have a propensity to handle a snafu without breaking a sweat or letting on that a snafu is in progress. And, you are also a dynamic service-oriented administrator that enjoys taking on new challenges and pays attention to details. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Primarily coordinate and manage a high volume of phone and video-conference/onsite interviews, working directly with the talent acquisition team, candidates, and hiring managers.
* Track recruiting activities, providing weekly candidate status
* Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings.
* Execute confidential documents such as offer letters and background checks with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
* Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
* Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
* Processing of new hires globally in HR System. (Workday)
* Assist with Workday transactions as needed - data changes, organization changes, employee logins.
* Process day-to-day employee changes in the ERP system. (AX)
* Assist with quarterly SOX and various compliance controls.
* Respond to requests for Verification of Employment (VOE), both written and by phone.
* Assists with the processing of purchase requisitions.
* Conduct New Employee Orientation for U.S. employees.
* Monitor and respond to the Human Resources inbox.
* Complete background checks utilizing our internal vendor system.
Qualifications:
a. Required:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Strong organizational skills.
* Highly self-driven and detail-oriented.
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated customer service orientation.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Proactively takes initiative and brings new ideas to the HR team.
b. Preferred or Desired:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a staffing, recruiting coordination, Human Resources, or administrative support function.
* Knowledge and experience in using Workday and/or Applicant Tracking System.
