Job Description

Wantable is looking for a high energy highly motivated individual to join our finance and accounting team. Key responsibilities will be to support all aspects of a growing accounts payable department, assist and support use tax, multi-state sales tax filings and ongoing accounting analysis.

Responsibilities:

* Process daily accounts payable of invoices.
* Work with the merchant team to reconcile vendor issues.
* Process weekly check runs.
* Assist with processing and reconciling credit card expenses.
* Identify, compile, and assist with preparation of sales and use tax.
* Maintain an effective filing system for accounts payable records.
* Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

* Proven history of accounts payable and general accounting.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes within the organization.
* Strong computer skills, including knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
