Investment Operations Specialist

Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment - strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills - strong customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a team environment and individually - Ability to handle large transactions, heavy trade volume, significant time pressures and deadlines in the coordination and execution of mutual fund trades and follow up, with minimal errors - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office application

Responsibilities

Responsible for placing and confirming open-ended mutual fund trades on behalf of supported business lines and their respective clients. Communicates timely and effectively with trust administration, investment officers, trade services, and various other departments as required. Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with mutual fund representatives and service providers.
