As a Business Analyst you will be a part of our rapidly growing IS Department. On a daily basis you will maintain solid working relationships across business units, developing an understanding of their processes and associated technology needs to ensure full service engagement through to solution delivery. In addition, you can expect to:

• Collect, examine and shape requirements definition across a broad base of stakeholders to ensure all needs are identified, conceptualized and documented
• Responsible for facilitation and harvesting of core business needs, enabling translation, visualization and development of high quality technology solutions for a transformational Data and Analytics organization.
• Define, develop and manage a robust backlog of user stories through collaboration with Architects, Engineers, Developers and Business Partners.
• Enhance end user satisfaction through continuous improvement of usability, ensuring delivery to the end user's highest needs

Do you have what it takes?

• Strong technical, analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Agile delivery practices. Knowledge or previous experience as a Product Owner preferred.
• Experience with Business Analysis techniques such as Business Process Modeling, Data Modeling, Process Flows.
• Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility and acumen.
• Relationship building and management skills are critical
• High degree of comfort in fast-paced dynamic / ambiguous environment.
• Proven experience providing business analysis for a data and analytics function desired.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
