Work and train directly with one of Colburn Financials Top Agency Owners for 2020. Our firm is unlike other financial service firms, because of our extensive training, processes and culture. As a result, we have been able to produce a success rate for our professionals that is twice as profitable and ten times more likely to be successful in your first year as compared to the insurance industry average.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing existing relationship with key clients
  • Developing, managing and growing a team
  • Cultivate existing business relationships by managing the customer experience
  • Manage strategic relationships with appropriate counterparts
  • Manage the trusted advisor relationship
  • Maintain long-term client relationships
  • Work to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities
  • Scheduling appointments with clients that have contacted our firm
  • Respond to client requests received by company
  • Attend consistent and on-going training via in-person and webinar
  • Attend leadership training
  • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Expand business reach through networking techniques
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  • Track and identify areas for improvement
