Description:

Our Milwaukee, WI operation is currently seeking:

3rd Shift Warehouse Truck Loader & Spotter to palletize, stack and load customer orders onto our delivery trucks, as well as assist with Company vehicle movement and maintaining proper paperwork in each truck.

Warehouse Truck Loader & Spotter Work Hours

3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs, 8:00pm-4:00am plus overtime as needed

Warehouse Truck Loader & Spotter Starting Pay

$18.55 with CDL

$18.05 without CDL

Warehouse Truck Loader & Spotter Responsibilities and Duties

Warehouse Truck Loader responsibilities include: palletizing, stacking, wrapping and loading customer orders onto delivery trucks using forklifts and/or other warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, etc). Other responsibilities may include selecting, cleaning and packing pet food, per customer order. Assist in maintaining a safe, neat and orderly warehouse. Additionally, responsible for assisting with Company vehicle movement and maintaining proper paperwork in each truck. We work until the job is finished for the day which includes working overtime on short notice.

. Requirements:

Qualifications Required

• Possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
• Able to safely operate and become certified in the operation of all warehouse equipment, including electric walk-rider, forklift ladders and wrapping machine.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Flexible to changing customer or operational demands and able to work overtime on short notice. Position requires working until the job is complete.
• Attentive to detail and organized. Position requires an order selection accuracy of 97% or higher.
• Must be a team player.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Qualifications Preferred

• CDL - Class B.
• Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Previous forklift certification is a plus.
