Job description

Your Role:
•Support the balancing of production and inventory levels with demand to support target consistent with On Time In Full (OTIF) targets.
•Provide back up for Thin Film supply chain team
•Develop/maintain performance tracking metrics and planning tools
•Participate in the testing of system developments
•Create documentation for training or preparing enhancement requests for system development.
•Lead and actively participate in discussions and training sessions for implementations of process improvements
•Clearly communicate complex data and supply chains to the business and supply chain teams
•Lead and assist in process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and streamline processes
•Identify inventory overstock/understock situations and form teams to identify causes and possible solutions
•Miscellaneous duties as required
•Help define and document processes and work instructions.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Supply Chain Management with 3+ years' work planning, inventory, and/or purchasing experience OR Associate's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, or Supply Chain Management with 5+ years' work planning, inventory, purchasing experience and/or other relevant supply chain positions.
•2+ years of experience with ERP/MRP systems
•Expert in Excel, Access, Sharepoint applications
•2 years working with big data
•Experience working in and creating databases.
