Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Our well established and growing financial firm in Waukesha, WI is seeking to add an CPA to our Team!


This CPA will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with our clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through while providing superior client service; always putting clients first. Initial duties include working alongside the main Advisor, who has built a beautiful office and team!


Minimum Requirements:

• College degree preferred

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a busy office

• Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

• Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written

• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Knowledge in QuickBooks or Accounting Software

Job Requirements:

  • Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Client Tax Returns
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
