During this period, you are given the opportunity to drive your career and become one of our future Junior Branch Managers (m/f/d). As a Branch Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for your own location, its turnover, margin, local sales, personnel etc. During your Operations Management Traineeship, we will provide you with hands-on training in several areas, which include: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Claims and Fleet Management. The program is structured in different phases and you will undertake different roles (Rental Sales Agent, Supervisor, etc. (m/f/d)). Throughout your traineeship you will be participating in various types of courses that will enhance your knowledge in both general managerial and specific industry topics. Besides attending classroom training, our program also offers you the opportunity to gain real work life experience at our rental locations. We are interested in strong, highly motivated, enthusiastic and hands on personalities with an entrepreneurial spirit. You already have gained some working experience after successfully completing your Bachelor's or Master's degree and you are ready to take your career to the next level. Would you like to live and work in Mallorca? If you are available to move to the island, we will provide you accommodation and travel expenses during the trainee development program.What you will do:You are responsible for coordinating and optimizing all processes, managing the day-to-day business and strategic plans in your branch on the island of MallorcaYou have strong leadership and development skills, participating in all areas of employee managementYou are responsible for bringing in new business and building on local sales and relationshipsYou ensure a high level of customer satisfaction whilst adhering to our service standardsYou are responsible for the budget, cost control and branch resultsYou are in charge of our premium vehicle fleet, monitoring prices and rate settingAbout you:You hold a Bachelor or Master degree e.g. in business administration or economicsYou are commercially sensitive with strong sales skillsYou are driven to provide excellent Customer Service, result driven & strives for qualityYou have well-developed communication skills - a good level of Spanisch, Englisch and German is a mustYou are a team player, previous experience in a management role would be a plusYou must have a valid driver's license and be willing to be positioned in Mallorca during and after the traineeshipYou have the availability to move to the Balearic Islands and must be authorized to work in Spain, you will be employed in a Spanish companyWhat we offer:Personal growth and development in a strong entrepreneurial environment.
