Contract Support Engineer (Process)

The role?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Support Engineer to work within our Process department of our Process and Industrial Business Line. This is a permanent role reporting to the Operations Manager, where you will act as the Clients representative managing and coordinating their contract with EnerMech. The role is responsible for the delivery of the contracted services to the client including Safety, Quality, Core Personnel and equipment provision, Maintenance and Project Delivery. You will be expected to deliver all aspects of client account, including but not limited to: Sales enquiries, mobilisations, demobilisations, aged debt, equipment requirements, client meetings, planning & coordination, technical support. Other duties and responsibilities will include;

Provide the day to day support to the client for the delivery of the contract
Liaise with EnerMech core crew on a daily basis regarding maintenance/operations
Attend client planning meetings to ensure mobilisation readiness and gate compliance
Travel offshore to carry out audits, management visits and surveys once a quarter
Where assigned maintain all maintenance records, routines and correctives within the clients Maintenance Management System ensuring scheduling into the client asset plans and timely completion of the required activities, where applicable in business line
Minimise any maintenance backlog and ensure that any Safety Critical Maintenance backlog is immediately identified to the Client and internally to the EnerMech responsible person, where applicable in business line
Provide first line technical support and coordinate any client requirements including breakdowns
Sign off on all contract Cost Time Resource (CTR's), Work packs, Invoices etc. as "Contract Representative"
Responsible for managing weekly/monthly client reporting - ensuring all monthly reporting is completed
Checking and issuing of invoices in line with client requirements
You are?
To be successful for this position you will be able to demonstrate operational experience supporting client organisations with excellent Safety behaviours and focus on customer satisfaction. You will hold strong commercial awareness with good technical awareness and ideally hold an offshore survival & OGUK Medical. Ideally you will have a relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent technical qualification with industry experience.
