Job description

Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for an Administrator with experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry. This role will require regular trips to site in Norway.

Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Contribute to delivery of the planned work scopes in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Actively support technical team.
  • Provide accurate documentation and data input.

  • Willing to mobilise to onshore/offshore sites as required.

  • Assist to troubleshoot where required, to identify problem causes and recommend solutions.

  • Deliver high personnel performance and actively maintain own competence.


Skills / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Level / Higher or NVQ / SVQ equivalent or discipline based industry training certificates.

Minimum Experience:
  • Oil and gas experience is advantageous.
  • Experience within a technical environment is advantageous.

Role-Specific Skills:
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and team working attitude.
  • Capable of working with the Microsoft office suite and ideally working with databases
  • Experience in admin roles
  • Interface with logistics,
  • Interface with P&O
  • Interface with timekeeping
  • Create / populate site reports
  • Willing to travel and work in Norway
