Job description

Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a Principal Instrument Engineer for a 12 week Duration with experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.

Detailed services to be provided:

Technically competent in Instrument Engineering at a Principal Level in compliance with Wood CAF minimum requirements

Originate, check and approve engineering deliverables as directed by Hub Lead Instrument Engineer

Provide engineering support to the Hub Lead Instrument Engineer as required

Ensure self-awareness of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives and industry technology developments and promote to direct reports

Monitors compliance with standards and processes to assure operational delivery

Provide discipline input to scope definition, execution, proposals and estimates

Adhere to and comply with relevant discipline specific procedures and provide feedback for continuous improvement
