They are a leading residential developer who are currently a 4* house builder and looking to push to the next level. With over 70 years' experience, typically delivering 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom houses this business are aiming at becoming a top 10 developer. The Role:

The role is office based but with some site visits and entails managing buyers expectations regarding customer care and defect management. You will be liaising with Operations teams and trades to make sure all customer care issues are managed and resolved. You will be empowered to share ideas and best practice to help improve the aftersales care. This company have a huge emphasis on build quality and customer care so you need to been excited by delivering the high standards required.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

* Customer service experience, ideally within construction but not essential

* Own car/license.

* A passion for customer service.

It is desirable to have:

* Worked for a residential Developer in a similar role.
