Labcorp is looking to hire an Intern within our Global Talent Advisors team. The Intern Recruiter role is an introduction into HR and Recruitment Partnering. During your time with Labcorp you will have the opportunity to take part in the full life cycle of recruitment.

This role will report to the Senior Manager of Recruitment and must be based out of Maidenhead, Berkshire at least 3 days per week on site.

* Talent Sourcing
* Scheduling and Contract Management
* Candidate Pipeline Management
* Creating content for Social Media
* Developing and maintaining effective recruiting networks
* Researching - Compile talent & market intelligence within clinical research industry.
* Localize brand messaging and deploy the most effective attraction strategies for each talent segment across multiple channels.
* Build and keep engaged a network of potential candidates through proactive market research, lead generation, brand-building conversations, and ongoing relationship management using a CRM tool.
* Assess passive candidates, understand their strengths, motivations, and attraction drivers, and convert them to applicants.
* Manage some local Recruitment projects full life cycle
* Support internal mobility initiatives
Education/Qualifications:
Currently undertaking bachelors degree in Life Sciences or HR related field
Experience:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills, English. Some proficiency in an additional European language would be advantageous but not essential
* Ability to work independently and team members in a "virtual" setting:
* Ability to prioritize a high volume of requisitions while managing multiple projects across diverse position types and/or client groups.
* Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up skills.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
