Software Engineer - .NET/JavaScript

Duration: Permanent

Location: Maidenhead, 80 - 90 % remote

Do you have strong experience with .Net, C#, ASP.NET, MVC and JavaScript frameworks and you would like to design and built market leading software applications?

Sentinel is working with a global organisation, looking for a Software Engineer to join their Engineering team in Maidenhead to contribute to their new and existing projects.

Responsibilities:

As the Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Working in Agile team to design, build, test and support enterprise software solutions.

- Contributing and overseeing the design decisions for new and existing applications.

- Reviewing, recommending, and implementing system enhancements to improve the quality, performance, and maintainability.

- Cooperating with architects, DevOps, and product management.

- Guide and train less experienced colleagues.

Skills & Experience

- Proficiency in .Net, C#, ASP.NET, MVC and JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience in designing and maintaining software applications.

- Familiarity with the Visual Studio IDE and the use of TFS or Jira.

- Experience developing or deploying in AWS is desirable.

- Very strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

- Experience as technical lead and with Agile development methodologies.
