Job description

Harvey Nash's energy sector client is recruiting a Finance Process Improvement Manager on an initial 12 months contract, inside of IR35 at a day rate of between £450 - £500 per day. Working remotely, with some ad hoc travel required to our clients site in Reading.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development of a Continuous Improvement Programme. Lead the root cause investigation and solution delivery for process improvements for our clients finance processes.

Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge of Finance processes
  • Process Improvement
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Excellent organisational, project management and planning skills
  • Excellent understanding of Business Change methodologies (eg Lean, Six Sigma) with accreditation of Green Belt or equivalent and Business Change implementation methodologies
  • Extensive business and CI experience and successful delivery of high-profile projects ideally within an operational, technical, or engineering environment
